maxTURBOMATIC (MAX)
TURBOMATIC MAX is most commonly used in the applications where the climate conditions can be extreme, and when high power and/or continuous 24/7 heating of the concrete aggregates and/or water is needed.
Typical applications
- Large scale concrete production e.g. precasters and production units in extreme climate conditions
Main functions
- Aggregate heating with TURBOgas or –steam
- Generation of warm dosing water
Heating options
- Heating of the concrete batching plant production facilities
- Generation of warm wash and utility water
- Supply of warm water for filling the truck mixer saddle tank
- Heating of other associated facilities e.g. offices, laboratories etc.
- Curing of concrete products
