Combined Cooling and Heating Solution

COOLMATIC cold water units can be combined with TURBOMATIC thermal energy unit to provide a fully-integrated, combined cooling and heating solution for concrete manufacturing.

TURBOMATIC thermal energy unit provides heat for quick defrosting of frozen concrete aggregates, efficient preheating and heating of the aggregates, as well as production of all warm water needed for production process, heating needs of the plant and utility water purposes.  

When combining COOLMATIC with TURBOMATIC thermal energy unit to form a combined heating and cooling solution, the hot water tank of TURBOMATIC is utilized for storing of cold water, and the same water dosing equipment utilized during the cold season operation to supply the warm dosing water to the water scale/water meter, is utilized for supplying cold water during the warmer months.
