Combined Heating and Cooling Solution

TURBOMATIC thermal energy units can be combined with a COOLMATIC cooling solution to provide a fully-integrated, combined heating and cooling solution for concrete production sites.

COOLMATIC units provide a total cooling solution including all the necessary equipment for the production, storage and dosing of cold water and for cooling the concrete aggregates when required. Each heating and cooling solution is individually designed based on customer needs. 

When combining TURBOMATIC Thermal Energy Unit with COOLMATIC cooling unit to form a combined heating and cooling solution, the hot water tank of TURBOMATIC is utilized for storing of cold water, and the same water dosing equipment utilized during the cold season operation to supply the warm dosing water to the water scale/water meter, is utilized for supplying cold water during the warmer months.
